English Conversation Groups
Conversation groups are a great way to practice speaking in a welcoming space. Attend as many as you can. Groups are free.
Each week a volunteer tutor will lead an interesting discussion. Example topics:
- American culture, history and holidays
- English idioms and slang
- Current events
- Health and wellness
- Sports
- Hobbies, and much more!
You must be 18 years old and able to speak basic English.

Please note: tutors and students can meet face-to-face in a public place, or remotely using video chat, or a combination of both.
